When you use Sup Tracker, we collect only the data necessary to provide the service:

• Account information (email address)
• Supplement and medication logs you create
• Health data you choose to enter (bloodwork results, biometrics)

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to power the features of Sup Tracker. We use it to store your logs, display your tracking history, and provide the functionality you expect from the app. Nothing more.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to the database is restricted and protected by authentication.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. There are no ads in Sup Tracker and no third-party analytics tracking your behavior.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can export or view your data at any time within the app.
• You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Upon account deletion, all of your data is permanently removed from our systems.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and restricted database access. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your health data with the seriousness it deserves.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page with a new date. Continued use of Sup Tracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
